What makes me special?
My working career, my path not very linear at first sight, unconventional and even a bit subversive.
In my training, as in life, I followed my instinct living at 360 degrees, acquiring training and transversal professional skills that allowed me at a certain time, to "connect the dots" and give shape to what I do.
My work is my passion and that's why everything I do and do brings with it a bit of me.
Professionalism and humanity are my cornerstones, the human factor and relationships always at the center.
Each of my dishes comes from the love for that ingredient and the many possibilities to combine it, develop it and treat it in the best way.
Each recipe tells a little about me and my love for traveling even outside the border.
How does that work?
I listen carefully to your tastes during an interview, (even by phone), I like to know you a little more to understand your needs and the type of experience you would like to live.
I develop a menu that respects your tastes, budget and the guests you have chosen to keep you company.
Upon confirmation, an inspection is carried out to verify the kitchen equipment and spaces
I'll do the shopping for you and I'll cook. You can relax with your guests and after dinner the kitchen will be tidied up.
On request we provide a selection of wines to match the courses of the menu.
Staff are also available on request for table service.
Special attention is always given to the quality and freshness of all raw materials.
On the day of the event Iwill go to the house a few hours in advance and cook for the hosts and their guests.
Rates?
Private cook One service: 400 chf (excluding goods and drinks).
Additional staff optional Valet / maid service: 20 chf p / hour
*For groups of more than 5 people it is necessary to contact an assistant. The assistant has a 50% discount applied to their rate and will help with all elements of the service.
* Travel surcharges may apply outside the Zurich area.
** An advance on the total of 50% is required for groceries.
Payment?
The balance is paid at the end of the service and is agreed according to different methods
